COCA-I YPL will achieve its mission by
- Provide members with access to leaders in camping, medicine, and the nonprofit profession.
- Create programming that develops and prepares members for professional and personal success.
- Offer mentoring opportunities with leaders in the profession. (Traditional Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring)
- Promote work life balance through social activities that are fun, innovative, and memorable.
